No. All transcripts are transcribed by highly trained and qualified Medical Transcriptionists. We use 2 and 3-tier quality layers to ensure accuracy.
Q - Is Your Service Expensive ?
Our clients have found us to be 20% - 30% more economical from their previous transcription companies.
Q - Do You Support Digital Handhelds ?
Yes. We transcribe from just about any device that saves files in a .wav, .dss, .ds2, .mp3, .wma, .vox, etc.
Q - How Are Dictations and Transcripts Sent and Received ?
We provide software at no charge that securely uploads files to our system, and also download to your system. This can be 100% automated, or can be run manually.
Q - How Does Support Staff Utilize Your System ?
Support staff at doctors office can login securely from their desktops and view, print, fax, or edit (if allowed) all transcribed reports.
Q - Can You Accommodate My Office Report Format ?
Yes, we customize reports to your current reporting formats.
Q - Do You Provide Technical Support ?
Technical support is provided completely free of charge for everything we provide.
Q - Do We Have to Make a Financial or Long-Term Commitment ?
All of our setup is provided free of charge. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. We purchase digital handhelds directly from our wholesaler and can provide them to you at our cost. There is no long-term contract required, and you can always use our service as little or as much as you like.
Q - Can You Accept and Handle Our Overflow? Occasional and Small Volumes ?
Yes. If you are having in-house transcription facilities and do not want to disturb it, we can work with your staff to handle your overflow. There are many times that your staff cannot handle all of your work, due to vacations, illnesses or sudden increases in your patient load. We can have all of your templates set up on our system and you can call in when you need to.
Q - Is Your Service HIPAA Compliant ?
Yes, especially in case of our platform the security guidelines EXCEED HIPAA guidelines.
